General Terms and Conditions
The IBO is a 'not-for-profit' organisation and, as such, prefers to keep things sensible and simple.
Our terms and conditions therefore reflect this in recognising only that we wish to ensure you have a positive experience in purchasing from the IBO Webstore. When we receive your order and payment, we will endeavour to process and despatch without delay and in a manner which ensures you receive it in good condition.
If you have any problems along the way, we encourage you to contact the Administrator using the contact numbers and e-mail shown on the website. We will then help you as best we can. If the IBO falls short of expectation, we look to you to tell us so that we may have the opportunity to correct the matter.
Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the purchase date and we will refund the purchase price to you (usually by the same means as used for payment).
If you are unsatisfied with any product you receive from the IBO Webstore, please advise the IBO Administrator using the contact information provided on this website before returning it to the IBO head office address (again, given on this website) within 14 days of delivery postmark date and packaged well to prevent damage. Once the product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage, a full refund can be processed. The shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility.
Other Problems
Should any difficulties arise at our end, we will contact you to discuss the best way forward. If you have placed you order directly with us and the problem is payment related, please bear in mind that we are unlikely to be party to all of the credit information leading to this. In this circumstance we may be required to ask for an alternative payment method or decline the order.
That said, we are a friendly bunch and we haven't failed to solve any problems yet!
